The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From the first day, you have contact with customers. You are integrated into the agency team and are an important part of the whole from the beginning.

You advise and support customers according to their needs and situation. You analyze the individual needs of the customer. You submit offers and conclude contracts. You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio maintenance and contract retention. You examine claims and benefit cases and inform about the scope of benefits. You work in a team-, process-, and project-oriented manner.

A good school diploma, Abitur or intermediate school diploma (also welcome with completed vocational training). You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people. You are friendly, committed, and reliable. You have an interest in numbers and finance.
