The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From day one you have contact with customers. You are integrated into the agency team and are an important part of the whole from the start.

• You advise and support customers according to their needs and situation
• You analyse the customer's individual needs
• You prepare offers and conclude contracts
• You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio maintenance and contract retention
• You examine claims and benefit cases and inform about the scope of benefits
• You work in a team-, process- and project-oriented manner

• You have an intermediate school leaving certificate, a technical college entrance qualification, a general university entrance qualification or you are studying and want to drop out of your studies
• You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people
• You are friendly, committed and reliable
• You have an interest in numbers and finance
