A varied apprenticeship as a distiller combining craftsmanship, sensory analysis, creativity and natural sciences. You will create flavour compositions from high-quality raw materials and gain experience in various production and laboratory areas.

Producing basic ingredients. Producing finished goods. Working in the laboratory. Gaining insight into selected commercial departments. Weighing herbs, determining alcohol quantities and sugar content, and monitoring production processes.

Realschulabschluss or Abitur, including a subject-specific university entrance qualification. Commitment, initiative and enthusiasm for the brand. Team spirit and reliability. Willingness to learn and ability to work independently. Interest in natural sciences. Good maths skills.
