For the headquarters of Med 360° in Leverkusen, we are looking for committed employees for our telephone center in the area of patient management.

• Telephone appointment scheduling for outpatient patients
• Scheduling and coordination of examinations for inpatient patients
• Answering inquiries from patients and referring physicians
• If professionally suitable and interested - support our reception team
• Reception of visitors
• Processing general administrative tasks in the back-office area (e.g., mail processing, conference room management)

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Medical knowledge, possibly also training in the medical field, is an advantage but expressly not a requirement
• First professional experience - career returnees are also warmly welcome
• Professional experience in daily use of computer programs
• Committed, flexible personality with coordination skills
