Specialist IT System Administration

• Configuration, integration, administration and continuous optimization of the network environment (LAN, WLAN, switches, DECT)
• Monitoring of network performance as well as analysis and rectification of errors
• Planning and implementation of extensions and modernizations
• Support and maintenance of core systems BlueYonder (onsite & remote), SynQ Automation including fault analysis, ticket processing and escalation management
• 1st-level support for all IT users at the site including workplace support (Windows, Office, standard software) as well as remote support for tour planning systems and BlueYonder Luminate
• Troubleshooting, adaptation and programming of applications in PowerApps
• Documentation of faults, solutions and processes in the ticket system
• User management for Windows, BlueYonder, SynQ and tour planning systems
• Participation in rotating shift model (early/late/night shift)
• Taking on weekend duties (remote or onsite) to ensure IT operations
• Management of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, MDE) via Mobile Device Management
• Support, maintenance and management of the printer landscape including consumables and service calls
• Execution of IT projects (dashboards, label printing, SnipeIT, Sync-App)
• Support of building services in adjacent areas such as CCTV, access card systems (Gecosoft) and conveyor technology
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
• Participation in IT projects, introduction of new systems and process optimizations
• Support in IT security topics and compliance with compliance requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT helpdesk as well as sound knowledge of network technology, Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365
• Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g. BlueYonder) or tour planning systems is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, strong team skills and strong coordination and organizational skills
• High self-initiative, willingness to learn and strong customer orientation
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
