About this Apprenticeship
Entry into the Omnichannel Trainee Program Active participation in shaping and further developing cross-channel omnichannel activities in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Taking on independent work packages and sub-projects in daily business: Creation, preparation and analysis of reports including derivation of concrete action recommendations to optimize the cross-channel customer journey Operational support and further development of online marketing channels Conducting keyword, competitor and market analyses to identify trends and optimization potentials Participation in the development and implementation of omnichannel strategies with focus on consistent customer communication across all channels Collaboration in cross-functional and internationally networked teams within a globally operating company.

Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable course of study
- First practical experience in the omnichannel area, for example through internships or working student activities
- High willingness to perform and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and team skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Negotiation-level German and English skills
