• advising our customers and handling customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs or purchase processing (cashiering) - passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing or purchase on account, etc.
• marketing our products on various online platforms
• contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repair
• active support at customer events
• positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• implementation of prescribed national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors

• successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• strong customer and service orientation
• communication skills, implementation strength and a solution-oriented way of working
• team player with fun in shared success
• willingness to support the team also in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
