Advising customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing – passionate, customer-oriented, competent Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account Processing telephone and written customer inquiries Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs Active support at customer events Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and advising simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints Implementation of prescribed national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with enjoyment of shared success
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
