Advising our customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing – passionate, customer-oriented, competent. Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account. Point of contact for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs. Active support at customer events. Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors.

Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry). Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics sector. Strong customer and service orientation. Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented way of working. Team player with enjoyment of shared success. Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
