Gaming Expert

In the newly created role of "Gaming Expert" you are part of the newly implemented "Gaming Brand Experience Champions" program and work closely with the project agency and the national team of Gaming Experts. You act as the first point of contact in the store for all topics related to the program and work closely with the management team of the respective store. Passionate, competent and proactive customer approach and advice on gaming products and matching accessories. Product placement of leading gaming products and implementation of new product launches. Active KPI control of customer conversion and continuous improvement of customer experiences through sharing best practices across the entire program network. Regular participation in personal and digital trainings as well as regular conduct of store team trainings. Regular recording, coordination and prioritization of performance KPIs including identification and derivation of measures. Forwarding feedback to our headquarters for feedback and recommendations for action (e.g. for assortment adjustments). Your match with us: Professional experience in a customer-oriented role in retail and strong interest in PC gaming. Sound product knowledge in the gaming segment. Experience in building and maintaining partnerships and a strong service orientation. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making. Communication skills, team spirit and joy in sharing knowledge with colleagues. Fun in continuous learning and personal development. Negotiation-proficient German and English skills.
