Videographer Corporate Communications

The Employee Communication & Dialogue department is the first instance for strengthening and protecting MediaMarktSaturn's reputation internally and externally on the way to becoming an Experience Champion. It accompanies, explains, and strengthens the transformation towards a customer-centric service platform. In doing so, it sets the company's topic agenda. • Planning, conception, and implementation of video formats for internal and external communication (e.g., leadership messages, change updates, onboarding and training videos, event recaps, FAQ/how-to formats).
• Collaboration on editorial planning together with Internal Comms; translation of briefings into storylines, scripts, and shot lists.
• Organization and execution of shoots in the studio and on location (e.g., HQ, stores); co-responsibility for camera, lighting, and sound.
• End-to-end post-production: editing, color grading, motion graphics/titles, sound design; versioning for different internal channels and lengths.
• Support for live formats (e.g., town halls/all-hands), e.g., technical preparation, directing/vision mixing, streaming and recording – onboarding possible.
• Subtitling, accessibility, and localization (DE/EN); quality- and CI-compliant implementation.
• Participation in approvals and rights (consents, music/footage licenses, data protection) in coordination with relevant departments.
• Media and asset management: structured filing, naming, archiving; maintenance of templates and guidelines.
• Close cooperation with HR, IT, Corporate Communications, Legal, and market organization; stakeholder management and coordination rounds.
• Monitoring and optimization based on feedback and channel analytics on internal platforms.

• First to several years of experience in video production (conception, shooting, editing) in a corporate, internal, or agency environment.
• Confident handling of camera, lighting, and audio equipment; experience in interview settings and mobile setups an advantage.
• Good to very good knowledge of common post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; audio post-processing); experience with DaVinci Resolve an advantage.
• Interest in or first practice in motion graphics/titles and CI-compliant design.
• Basic knowledge of live production/streaming (directing, encoder, vision mixing) or willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with it.
• Enjoyment of storytelling and editorial thinking; sense for target-group-appropriate preparation of internal messages.
• Structured, self-organized way of working and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• High confidentiality and care in handling sensitive content; openness to familiarize yourself with data protection and personality rights.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Team player and confident handling of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to internal shooting locations; flexibility for occasional assignments outside core hours.
• Nice to have: photography know-how.
