Field Sales Representative Paints, Coatings & Flooring

Become part of our dedicated sales team at the MEGA Schweinfurt location. We are looking for a motivated field sales representative / sales consultant (m/f/d) in the area of paints, coatings, and flooring for the Schweinfurt city area and within a 50km radius (Würzburg, Rhön to Lohr), who will actively shape the future of the craft sector together with us.

• Customer care and retention in the sales region: Maintenance of existing customer relationships and building long-term bonds to increase customer satisfaction.
• New customer acquisition: Winning new customers through targeted marketing and sales activities.
• Presentation of new products: Introduction and explanation of new products to generate interest and demonstrate benefits to potential customers.
• Sales planning: Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
• Selling all products from the assortment: Active promotion and sale of all company products or services.
• Market observation and analysis of competitor activities: Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors to identify trends and optimize own positioning.
• Preparation of offers: Creation of individual offers for customers taking into account their needs and requirements.

• Sound product knowledge: You have extensive knowledge of paints, coatings, and/or floor coverings as well as their applications and properties.
• Sales experience with consulting competence: You can advise customers professionally and always maintain a positive demeanor.
• Regional knowledge and customer contacts: Ideally, you understand the sales region well and have already built existing relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Interest in industry trends: You are actively interested in following new developments, trends, and innovations in the industry and are willing to continuously expand your knowledge.
• Initiative and independence: You can work independently and proactively tackle challenges without constant guidance.
• Completed industry-related training or degree: We expect a successful degree in a relevant field such as paints, coatings, interior design, or a comparable area.
• Valid class B driver's license
• Proficient use of MS Office applications: You have solid knowledge of common MS Office programs, ideally also experience with SAP.
