You get insights into the processes of an industrial company – from purchasing through sales to accounting. This way you find out where your strengths really lie. This is what your path with us looks like: You rotate through various areas and work actively from the start. No theory bubble – but real tasks. You learn all important commercial departments (e.g., HR, Accounting, Sales). You take on organizational and commercial tasks in daily business. You work on processes and understand how decisions are made. You plan and work on your own projects with real practical relevance. You are in exchange with colleagues and gain insight into different perspectives. In short: You learn how a company is managed – not just how to work in one.

Secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur). Good grades in German and Math, English solid. You work carefully, structured, and reliably. You keep an overview and can prioritize. You think along and look for solutions. You are open to new topics and departments.

Takeover planned with good performance. Buddy program so you settle in right away. €1,113 in the 1st apprenticeship year, with upward development. Deutschlandticket & apprentice tablet included.
