A dual study programme in business administration and retail management, alternating every three months between theory at DHBW Heilbronn and practical work in different stores.

Alternate between theory and practice; work independently in different stores; advise customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner; plan, manage and monitor store operations; organise and implement sales-promoting campaigns; take on management responsibilities at an early stage.

General university entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with an aptitude test; strong German and mathematics skills; interest in business processes; enjoyment of direct customer contact; organisational and communication skills; interest in management responsibility.
