Independent performance of pediatric dental treatments – with professional competence and a sure sense for the needs of children; Diagnosis, therapy planning and comprehensive consultation of parents and children – understandable, empathetic and trust-building; Age-appropriate, empathetic care of our young patients – with the aim of reducing anxieties and creating positive treatment experiences; Implementation of preventive measures (e.g. prophylaxis, individual prophylaxis) – for sustainable dental health from the start; Application of modern treatment concepts, including nitrous oxide sedation and, if applicable, treatments under ITN – always with the highest quality standards; Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team – for an optimally coordinated treatment process and holistic care

Completed degree in dentistry with German license to practice; enjoyment of working with children as well as empathy and patience; ideally first experience in pediatric dentistry (not a must); friendly, clear communication with children and parents; independent and responsible way of working; team spirit and reliability
