What You'll Learn
- Optimal provision of financial products from standardized deposit, current account, and composite business to our private customer target group, including the use of standardized advisory media
- Advising customers via existing contact channels, e.g., online banking, SparkassenApp, e-mailbox
- Identification of potential and referral to or involvement of individual customer advisors
- Taking over service activities (incl. cash transactions) as well as referral to self-service use and supporting customers in self-service use
Requirements
- Personal Competencies:
- Customer orientation: You focus your actions on the customer and their needs
- Willingness to change: You show the readiness to learn new things and to develop yourself further
- Self-responsibility: You know your strengths and weaknesses
Academic Achievements: - General university entrance qualification (allg. Hochschulreife) or advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with proof of eligibility for university studies in NRW
