Apprenticeship as an IT Systems Electronics Technician - Rostock 2027

During your three-year apprenticeship, you will work in different areas in Rostock and Hamburg, including switch cabinet construction, IT security, IT infrastructure and IT support. You will ensure the availability, stability and effectiveness of hardware and software, implement IT systems, develop them further and modernize them.

• Working in various IT areas such as IT security, IT infrastructure and IT support
• Supporting the setup, operation and further development of IT systems and networks
• Carrying out measures to ensure the availability, stability and security of IT systems
• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software faults as part of IT support
• Helping implement and modernize existing IT solutions and applications
• Working with different specialist departments at the Rostock and Hamburg locations

• Intermediate school-leaving certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, Abitur or comparable qualification
• Interest in information technology, system integration and digital processes
• Technical understanding and ideally some initial experience with hardware or software
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand technical relationships
• Structured and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
• Communication skills when dealing with different contacts
• Willingness to work at different locations
