• Strategic support & daily business: Active support of People Business Partners in strategic topics and in operational daily business as well as contributing own ideas for process improvement
• Presentation & Visualization: Creation of illustrative slides, presentations, and reports for managers and management with Google Workspace
• Process documentation & process visualization: Documentation and illustrative visualization of HR processes to optimize existing workflows
• Research: Conducting targeted research to prepare decisions for Business Partners
• Project work: Taking on smaller project tasks as well as supporting the preparation and conduct of development conferences or Development Centers
• Organization: Reliable organization, execution, and handling of general administrative and organizational tasks as well as appointment coordination

• Education: Enrolled student in the field of (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program – ideally with an HR focus
• Software skills: Very good knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets, alternatively MS Office) as well as openness to working in the Google ecosystem
• Work approach: Structured, independent, and careful approach combined with a real talent for organization
• Interests: Great enthusiasm for modern HR tools, data, process visualization, and the visual preparation of topics
• Personality: Strong sense of responsibility and high confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel data
• Language skills: Fluent German skills (at least C1) as well as good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2 level)
