Dual Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration including Training as a Bank Clerk

During the 2.5-year bank clerk apprenticeship, you will learn about financial services sales and the processes and structures of a modern bank. At the same time, you will complete a four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach.

Broad insight into the banking world through projects in controlling, sales, risk and branches; direct transfer of learning from university and internal training into everyday work; completion of the bank clerk qualification through the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Abitur with good grades in the main subjects; an interest in digitalisation and project management; an independent working style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.

Individual onboarding; coordinated training and a mentoring programme; good career and employment prospects; training pay of €1,400 in the first year, €1,470 in the second year and €1,640 in the third year, plus an annual special payment, public transport subsidy, health and sports programmes; 30 days of annual leave, half a day off for your birthday and two bank holidays.
