Dual Study Programme in Business Administration (B.A.)

In the three-year dual business administration programme, you gain insight into various business-related issues and learn to apply your knowledge in practice for the benefit of the company.

You get to know different departments such as purchasing, production, sales, marketing, production planning, order control and accounting. You gain insight into business processes in the food industry, support projects from analysis through implementation, develop solutions to business problems, contribute your own ideas and work closely with experienced colleagues. A structured study and rotation plan combines theory and practice; you study at the Berufsakademie in Lüneburg two days a week.

You have a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur, ideally with good grades in mathematics or business-related subjects. You are interested in business processes, enjoy numbers and analysis, value teamwork, are committed, resilient and motivated, work independently and in an organised manner, and can think analytically and abstractly.

You receive €1,050 in the first year, €1,150 in the second year and €1,300 in the third year. Additional benefits include a company laptop and iPad, a monthly allowance through the benefits portal, flexible working hours, mobile working, employee discounts, free new products, fresh meals and after-work events, free drinks, further training, e-learning, paid leave for volunteering, free counselling services, parking, EV charging stations and an occupational pension scheme.
