- You develop the operational plan targets for your assigned area regarding openings, closures, expansions, and own project developments and implement them.
- You categorize the store portfolio and derive measures for the further qualitative and quantitative development of the store network.
- You are responsible for creating potential and location analyses within your expansion area.
- You acquire suitable locations and negotiate the required contracts.
- You manage the cooperation and maintain contact with investors, developers, brokers, and decision-makers in politics and administration.

Requirements
- Your ideally completed university degree in real estate management, business administration, or geography and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Your affinity for retail, especially food retail.
- Your good knowledge of planning, construction, and tenancy law is a matter of course for you.
- Your communication strength, negotiation confidence, and your good network in the real estate industry.
- You shape your confident cooperation with numerous internal and external interfaces as a team player and represent our company competently to the outside.
- Your routine handling of MS Office and your possession of a car driving license.
