Order Processing Clerk International Customer Service

International orders, varied tasks – start with us! Do you enjoy looking after international customers and keeping track of even demanding orders? Would you like to combine your commercial knowledge with technical products and global business relationships? Then we have the right challenge for you! For our client, a developer of machinery and technology solutions in Hamburg-Bergedorf, we are looking for an Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) as part of temporary employment. The assignment is planned until 31.12.2027 and comprises 35 weekly hours.

• You accompany international customer orders from the first inquiry through quotation preparation to successful delivery
• As order manager you ensure smooth processes, coordinate with internal departments and find suitable solutions for short-term changes
• You look after customers in the spare parts business, identify additional sales opportunities and support contractual agreements
• You take care of commercial follow-up, keep an eye on invoices and incoming payments and find solutions for complaints and returns
• You support international locations with questions on order processing, pass on your knowledge in training sessions and contribute ideas for process optimization

• You have completed a commercial training and have good knowledge of international trade
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken
• Ideally you have already worked with SAP SD and CRM and know the processes in order management
• As a clerk in international order processing you convince with organizational talent, initiative and a customer-oriented way of working
• French or Spanish skills as well as further training as a certified specialist are an additional plus
