Apprenticeship as Automotive Sales Clerk

Porsche Zentrum Karlsruhe sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. We are looking for you for an apprenticeship as an automotive sales clerk (m/f/d) starting 1 September 2027. Training lasts 3 years.

• You learn all commercial activities in the dealership's sales and service areas and also take on tasks in customer management and vehicle scheduling
• You look after and advise customers on new and used cars, vehicle parts and accessories, and service
• You learn the business processes at the dealership and gain technical know-how about vehicle models and how cars work
• You handle financing, leasing and insurance contracts and process sales and workshop orders
• You are involved in planning and running sales promotions and events
• You do your tasks using modern office communication techniques and industry-specific software and learn to use company work and organizational tools

• Abitur or at least commercial vocational school (kfm. BK 1)
• Class B driving licence at the start of training
• Friendliness and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Good MS Office skills
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry
• Teamwork skills
