About this Apprenticeship
Porsche Zentrum Lörrach sells Porsche and is looking for a service advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen its team.
What You'll Learn
- Advice on all maintenance and service matters and ensuring smooth and punctual execution of all service orders
- Conduct information and advisory talks with customers
- Create precise calculations and transparent cost estimates
- Ensure effective coordination of repairs to be carried out
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Work experience as a service advisor (m/f/d) desirable
- Certification as a qualified automotive service advisor (m/f/d) is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork and flexibility
- Confident use of the DMS system "Cross" is an advantage
- Driving licence class B
