Service Advisor

Porsche Zentrum Dortmund sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world, and is looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen its team.

• Sales of services, parts and accessories, and customer care and advice
• Carrying out direct vehicle intake and informing the customer about the work to be done on the vehicle
• Handing over repaired vehicles and explaining the work carried out and the invoice
• Preparing the service appointment, including researching the reason for the customer visit, customer wishes and, if applicable, problem areas
• Following the Porsche core service process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle intake, routing the repair/service into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments)
• Coordination of the service business
• Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for our customers
• Implementing measures to retain and win new customers

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally training as a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d)
• Experience in after-sales and certification as a service assistant is desirable
• Strong willingness to provide service
• Strong communication skills combined with social competence towards different contact persons
• Very good manners and a friendly, customer-focused manner
• High reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment
• Independence, initiative and very good organizational skills
• Quickly grasping complex tasks
• High resilience
• Confident use of MS Office
• Class B driver's license
