Service Advisor

Porsche Zentrum Chemnitz sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. Our goal is to continue this success in the future and to look after our customers in the best possible way. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as Service Advisor (m/f/d).

• Compliance with the Porsche core service process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle intake, routing the repair/service work into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments)
• Carrying out direct vehicle intake and informing the customer about the work to be done on the vehicle
• Explaining invoices
• Managing external orders
• Active sale of services, parts and accessories
• Customer care, consulting and maintaining customer relationships

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably as a master vehicle technician (m/f/d) or certified service advisor (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience as a service advisor (m/f/d)
• Technical product and model knowledge desirable
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a high level of commitment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as assertiveness
• Strong service mindset and fascination for the Porsche brand
• Driver's license class B
• Knowledge of common IT applications such as DMS, CRM, MS Office, Internet
