Car Dealership Service Assistant

Porsche Centre Dortmund is seeking a service assistant to look after customers and support the service team. The role combines customer reception, appointment planning, workshop coordination and administrative tasks.

• Represent the dealership, welcome customers as their first point of contact and convey a positive image of the business. Communicate customer needs effectively between customers and the service team and promote customer satisfaction.
• Arrange customer appointments, coordinate with the workshop and handle administrative tasks such as maintaining vehicle and customer records. Work closely with service advisers to keep processes efficient and smooth.
• Handle complaints and enquiries effectively. Use a proactive approach focused on solutions to build trust and lasting customer relationships.

• Professional foundation: Completed commercial or technical vocational training as a basis for specialist knowledge and understanding of the industry.
