Service Advisor

Porsche Zentrum Augsburg is looking for a service advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen its team. The position is planned at 40 hours per week.

• Looking after and advising customers in the service area
• Vehicle intake including a dialogue intake and informing the customer about the work to be done on the vehicle
• Active sale of services, parts and accessories
• Implementing premium processes according to Porsche Service Standards
• Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for the customer
• Handing over repaired vehicles and explaining the work done on the vehicle and the invoice
• Carrying out measures for customer retention and acquisition
• Coordinating the service business

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Work experience as a service advisor (m/f/d)
• Ideally completed training as a certified service advisor (m/f/d)
• Specialist knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair work
• Confident use of typical service tools such as service/workshop control
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally the DMS system Cross
• Strong customer orientation, great teamwork and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability and initiative
