• Carrying out needs-based planning of service appointments and customer mobility
• Appointment preparation
• Maintenance of customer data and verification of vehicle documents
• Processing with insurance companies
• Preparation and explanation of the service invoice
• Cash management
• Service consulting replacement:
• Compliance with the Porsche service core process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle acceptance, scheduling of repair/service in the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments)
• Conducting direct acceptance and informing the customer about work to be performed on the vehicle
• Settlement of service orders and invoice explanation
• Active selling of services, parts and accessories
• Maintenance of customer relationships

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Professional experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
• Good organizational skills as well as negotiation skills and very good manners
• Pronounced customer orientation, high team ability and flexibility
• Experience with Cross is an advantage
• Driving license class B
