Junior Professional IT Service (fixed term of 12 months)

As a Junior Professional IT Service, you support the IT Operations area of Porsche Consulting in Stuttgart and contribute to smooth, modern and service-oriented IT operations. You work closely with internal customers and actively help shape the IT service area. You can expect a mix of day-to-day service work and IT projects.

• You support our users on site or remotely via our service tool with all questions about IT end devices and standard applications (e.g. Windows, MS Office/Teams/Outlook, browser, drive permissions) and help users work more efficiently and securely
• Introducing new employees to the IT infrastructure is also part of your tasks, and you stay in continuous contact with external IT service providers regarding hardware procurement
• In addition, you install, configure and maintain Windows clients, notebooks, multifunction devices and mobile devices, and support the planning, procurement, configuration and issuing of new devices across the entire device lifecycle management
• In M365 support, you particularly assist our users with: Exchange (mailboxes, distribution lists) and MS Teams (permissions, client problems), permission checks and support for central file storage: file server (checking access rights for Company & Project Files) as well as setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

• Traceable ticket documentation, maintenance of internal guides and contributing to our knowledge base are central parts of your daily work
• You contribute to the further development of our IT service tools, e.g. in the O365/Power Apps environment, accompany our internal digitalization and IT projects, and actively support our IT service processes for the whole organization to continuously optimize our support concepts

• A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, IT or engineering, a successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable training
• First professional experience in onsite IT support at a modern service company, a technology-related consultancy or in the tech/IT field
• Good understanding of client, M365 and mobile device management
• Strong customer and service orientation, with a clearly agile, independent, structured and professional way of working
• Open, team-oriented, empathetic personality, strong solution orientation and reliability, paired with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English, both in technical contexts and with business stakeholders
