About this Apprenticeship
Operations management is the heart of an efficient and future-oriented logistics. In our five areas control center, trade coordination, recourse, maintenance coordination, and reporting, we shape the operational performance of logistics daily – data-driven, process-oriented, and with a clear focus on quality and reliability. We create transparency in processes, detect disruptions early, and drive their optimization in a targeted manner. Through precise control and consistent use of improvement potentials, we continuously increase the performance of business processes. Modern tools such as Power BI, Celonis, and automated reporting processes enable us to generate sustainable and measurable added value for the entire organization.
