Intern HR Services

Internship in the HR Services and Digitalization team at Porsche Leipzig with insights into the Porsche working world and support in all HR support processes. Recognized as a mandatory internship in the practical semester or doable as a voluntary internship. Full-time.

• Advising employees via the internal hotline and in person at the service desk
• Getting to know and actively handling employee inquiries via an internal digital tool
• Support in contract management and in creating references
• Getting to know the HR IT system SAP HCM incl. maintaining employee master data
• Support with monthly recurring payroll topics
• Coordinating appointments, handling correspondence and organizing mail distribution

• You study business administration, economics, business psychology, human resources management or a comparable degree with an HR focus and have completed at least 3 semesters.
• You are interested in personnel administration and HR processes.
• You are confident with MS Office.
• You work in a structured and careful way and have very good German skills, spoken and written.
• Valid enrollment throughout the internship and very good German skills (at least B2)
