Intern Human Resources – HR Policy & Young Talents

Internship at Porsche Engineering Services GmbH in Human Resources (HR policy and Young Talents) in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Starts February 2027, lasts 6 months, 40 hours per week.

• During your internship you gain varied insights into the HR areas "Operational HR" and "HR policy topics" and support cooperation with the works council, managers and employees
• You help with HR projects and with drafting works agreements and presentations, and support with research on current labor law and collective agreement topics
• You accompany the onboarding of new employees and help organize and run our induction event
• In Young Talents you help organize and run various measures, for example school internships or Girls' Day
• You support events and activities for our students and so contribute to their networking and integration
• You take on various HR administration tasks, such as preparing student contracts, certificates and references
• You actively take part in diversity projects on diversity and equal opportunities
• As part of our HR team you support employees and applicants with various questions and so get to know the many facets of HR work

• You are currently studying business, business psychology, business law or a comparable degree, ideally focusing on human resources management
• Ideally you already have some experience in human resources management
• You have good MS Office skills
• You can communicate well in English and very well in German
• Your strengths include analytical and conceptual skills, organizational talent, and an independent, proactive way of working
• You stand out through very good communication skills and a strong service orientation, and enjoy joining a helpful and friendly team
• Valid enrollment at a university or college (or you are in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's)
