Internship After Sales Dealer Support Technology

Internship in the Dealer Support Technology team at Porsche Deutschland GmbH. The team is the central interface for technical excellence and quality assurance in the Porsche dealer network. Starts from mid-February 2027, duration 6.5 months.

• Hands-on in daily work: you support day-to-day operations, research and the creation of presentations
• Numbers that count: you help monitor technical priorities, campaigns and fulfilment levels and create management reports
• Steering feedback: you help manage feedback on repair media
• Securing quality: you manage and process "Car Down" reports in the quality offensive project, monitored in the Daily After Sales report
• Taking responsibility: you take part in process handling and coordination of vehicle routing
• Solving problems: you support campaign management
• After Sales from A to Z: you support projects across After Sales
• From data to dynamics: you create, maintain and analyze KPI databases
• Shaping events: you organize and coordinate workshops

• Enrolled for the whole duration of the internship, or internship during a gap year possible
• Strong interest in cars
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German skills (at least B2 level)
• Good English skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Independent and analytical way of working
• First experience creating reports
• First experience in project processes
