Internship After Sales Operations

Welcome to PDA.2 Operations. We shape our processes with great commitment, structure, and team spirit. Through direct collaboration with the Head of After Sales, we are closely involved in all relevant topics and report directly to him. As PDA.2 Operations, we act as the central interface between the six After Sales teams and the Regional After Sales Managers in the field. We coordinate, structure, and ensure smooth exchange. • Actively shape projects: You support the conception and coordination of cross-departmental strategic and operational projects as well as the active design and participation in the project
• Lead events to success: You support the preparation and execution of workshops/conferences and create documents, organization, and follow-up
• Keep everything in view: You assist the After Sales management assistant in daily operational business
• Make numbers visible: You contribute to the creation of reports, analyses, and presentations
• Think processes smarter: You participate in the optimization of process flows
• Live communication: You support communication with the Porsche retail organization
• Give input: You design and fill the communication channel of the After Sales department

• Enrollment during the entire duration of the internship or internship as part of a gap year possible
• Ideally first practical experience
• Confident use of MS Office
• High communication and team skills, sense of responsibility, and confident demeanor
