Internship Strategy and Digitalization

As the "Strategy & Customer Experience" department, we are part of an internationally positioned company. We actively shape the corporate strategy of Porsche Financial Services, derive strategic options for action and actively contribute to the future orientation of the PFS Group through the development of new impulses and business models. In addition, we drive the company-wide digital transformation along the customer journey, develop digital customer solutions and seamlessly integrate Porsche Financial Services offerings into Porsche's global platforms. Furthermore, we develop global marketing and communication standards and promote best practices with the aim of creating added value in the interaction with our customers. The internship is characterized by the fact that from the start you are a full member of the PFS family and independently drive tasks in an agile and international environment.

• Implementation and further development of the Porsche strategy in the PFS Group markets
• Market, competitive analyses and trend observations to identify new customer requirements
• Digitalization initiatives for seamless integration of Financial Services into the Porsche Customer Journey
• CRM strategy and sustainable implementation potentials for a 360° customer view
• Centrally controlled, performance-oriented marketing measures for measurable addressing of relevant target groups
• Decision templates, data-based analyses and reporting as well as internal and external coordination in daily project management

• Advanced studies in business administration or a comparable degree program with a focus on finance, marketing, international management or sales
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ideally first practical experience in financial services, management consulting, fintech or the automotive industry
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Creativity, reliability as well as strong team and communication skills and willingness to perform
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
