You will learn how service, organization and management interact in everyday restaurant life, both front and back of house.

A 3-year apprenticeship in one of our restaurants and at vocational school. Whether kitchen, service, warehouse or purchasing, you will get to know all areas. You will gain insights into topics such as food science, quality assurance, marketing, personnel management and much more. Receiving, advising and looking after our guests. You will learn how to use cash register systems as well as the acceptance and storage of goods.

A secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss). You are open, communicative and enjoy dealing with people. Organization and numbers are your thing. Reliability, teamwork and thoroughness round off your profile.
