Internship Event Management

MMP Event, as a 100% subsidiary and exclusive event agency of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, develops innovative event formats and handles the implementation, execution, marketing, and 360-degree communication of the respective events. This also includes the effective marketing of TV events and consulting mandates in the areas of sports, media, and culture. Starting December 2026, we are looking for you to support the Event Management department for 6 months!

You support us in the conception and implementation of events, including the ATP tennis tournament BMW Open by Bitpanda In doing so, you work closely with the responsible project team You assist in managing trades and external service providers, guest management for side events, and accreditation Additionally, you independently take on smaller projects and research tasks Finally, you coordinate team appointments and assist with administrative tasks and client contact

First experience in event or project management is an advantage You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and have very good German language skills, both written and spoken You are studying in the field of Event Management, Business Administration (or comparable) or are in a comparable training program or have already successfully completed it Additionally, you are communicative, sociable, and a team player Finally, you keep an overview and remain structured even during intense event phases
