Development and application of new concepts based on latest nursing science studies (Evidence Based Nursing). Participation in the design of structural and content-related processes across ward boundaries. Implementation of behavioral therapy and psychoeducational processes in close cooperation within interdisciplinary teams. Design and management of nursing-therapeutic and cross-ward group offerings. Nursing specialist (male/female) or health and nurse or geriatric nurse with specialized training in psychiatry/psychosomatics or bachelor's degree in applied nursing sciences, Advanced Nursing Practice. Professionally, methodically and socially competent. Team-oriented and open to further development of ward concepts. Enjoyment of psychiatric nursing and interdisciplinary collaboration.
