About this Apprenticeship
PwC is seeking a CRM Consultant specialising in SAP Customer Experience for its Consulting division, starting as soon as possible. As part of the Customer Transformation team, you advise companies on implementing and integrating SAP CX and designing and improving sales and service processes.
What You'll Learn
- Consulting: advise leading companies on implementing SAP CX in sales and service and integrating their systems.
- Project work: take responsibility for gathering customer requirements, designing and improving processes, configuring the SAP system and writing functional specifications for extensions.
- Innovation: keep up with the latest SAP CX developments, including AI, the Internet of Things, automation and customer experience, to help customers gain an advantage over their competitors.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in business administration, computer science, business information systems or a comparable subject.
- You are interested in analysing and improving business processes in sales and service. Ideally, practical experience has already given you insights into CRM with a focus on sales and service.
- To join as a Senior Consultant, you also need experience implementing SAP CX, particularly SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP CRM, S/4HANA Service and FSM, as well as gathering requirements and analysing and improving business processes.
- You have very good German and English skills and the flexibility and willingness to travel needed in consulting.
