Service Designer Digital Transformation Public Sector

For its Consulting division, PwC is looking for a Service Designer Digital Transformation Public Sector (f/m/d) as soon as possible. In the Public & Energy Transformation team, you advise federal and state governments, municipalities, public companies, universities and non-profit associations on topics such as digitalisation, energy transition, mobility and demographic change.

• Advising all levels of public administration, from local authorities to state and federal ministries, and preparing them for the future
• Shaping the modernisation of the public sector driven by digitalisation
• Designing and testing prototypes to validate hypotheses, deriving strategies and developing ways to digitalise administration together as a team
• Studying user behaviour and context of use, developing personas and customer journeys, and designing service blueprints

• Successfully completed degree in communication, design, psychology or another field; ideally experience with digital business models, the digital economy and/or public administration; experience with modernisation or digitalisation projects is a plus
• Good knowledge of Design Thinking or Lean UX methods; feel free to show your creativity with a portfolio
• Strong communication skills and confident presence, for example in moderating workshops with large groups
• Very good German skills as well as the flexibility and mobility required in the consulting environment
