• Support our innovation team in developing new product ideas, game concepts and relevant offerings for children, families and adults, from initial research to testing specific concepts and prototypes
• Carry out trend, market and competitor analyses, help prepare and run creative and idea development sessions, and assist with qualitative and quantitative product tests
• Independently handle smaller tasks within innovation projects, such as developing concepts, creating presentations, preparing workshops, or documenting and organizing project results
• Work closely with different departments and external partners, and actively contribute your own perspective to our projects.

• You are at an advanced stage of a degree, for example in Innovation Management, Product Management, Business Administration, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Media, Communication or a related subject
• Ideally, you have some practical experience in project work, developing or assessing product ideas, market research or preparing workshops
• You think analytically and creatively, work in a structured and independent way, and enjoy quickly learning about new topics, target groups and questions
• You are interested in toys, media, creative products and new consumer trends. You also have good spoken and written English and are confident using MS Office
