What You'll Learn
- Learn the butcher's trade: at our meat and sausage counter you learn how meat and sausage products are prepared, processed and sold. You also show customers what makes our products special.
- Bring in your own ideas: you make tasty meat and grill specialties, such as bratwurst and meatballs, and can contribute your own ideas.
- Help shape the counter: you make sure our meat and sausage products are presented attractively and everything looks fresh and inviting.
- Look behind the scenes: you order goods, check product quality and make sure everything is stored correctly.
Requirements
- You will have successfully finished school by the start of your apprenticeship.
- You enjoy working with people, are interested in good food and like to pitch in.
