In our high school graduate program you will get to know food retail, benefit from a significantly shortened apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d) and can, with good performance, complete further training as a Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d). Qualify as a manager in just three years - and all without university studies!

• You work closely in a team and gradually take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility• You conduct competent advisory and sales talks• You implement projects, e.g. for customer loyalty and quality assurance• You learn all important processes in retail - from goods receipt to sales promotion• You learn how orders, inventories and key figures are managed and evaluated in the store
