About this Apprenticeship
- Location: 57250 Netphen | Contract type: Full-time, fixed-term | Job-ID: 977792 You have your high school diploma and want to really get started? Then join the exciting world of retail at PETZ! In our high school graduate program, you will learn the food retail trade, benefit from a significantly shortened apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d), and can complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) with good performance. Qualify as a manager in just three years – and all without a degree! What awaits you:
- Apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) in only 18 months
- Above-average remuneration: 1st year: €1,420; 2nd year: €1,540
- Guaranteed takeover with good performance
- Subsequent option to become a retail specialist, part-time over 18 months What you will learn with us:
- You work closely in a team and gradually take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility
- You conduct competent advisory and sales talks
- You implement projects, e.g., for customer loyalty and quality assurance
- You learn all important processes in retail – from goods receipt to sales promotion
- You learn how orders, inventories, and key figures are controlled and evaluated in the store
