Ausbildung in the Retail Abiprogramm

Welcome to REWE Group! This retail apprenticeship programme for Abitur graduates (all genders) takes place in Stralsund, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2026 and lasts 3 years. Monthly apprenticeship pay starts at €1,420 in the first year and rises to €1,540 in the final year. • With the Abiprogramm, you will be prepared for a management position at PENNY within approx. 3 years – and all without a university degree.
• Three qualifications in one program: In just 18 months, you will receive your first qualification as a Retail Salesman (m/f/d). With good performance, you will become a state-certified Business Administrator (m/f/d) in another 18 months and complete the AEVO-Ausbildung to become an instructor (m/f/d).
• Good to know: The qualification is on the same level as a Bachelor's degree (level 6 according to the European Qualifications Framework).
• You control the flow of goods in the store as well as inventory storage and control.
• You look after our customers in the store and actively support them.
• You work in a strong team and gain initial experience in employee management.

• You have your Abitur or subject-specific university entrance qualification including a practical part in the field of economics.
• You are characterized by a confident and self-assured demeanor and possess strong communication skills.
• You score points with your assertiveness and organizational talent.
• You are reliable and enjoy taking on responsibility.
