Apprenticeship as a Butcher 2027

Apprenticeship as a butcher starting on 1 August 2027 at the fresh-food counter in Hattingen. You will produce meat and sausage products according to in-house recipes and learn about customer advice, sales, storage and quality assurance.

Present and label meat and sausage products attractively at the sales counters; conduct customer advice and sales conversations at the fresh-food counter; independently produce meat and sausage specialities according to in-house recipes; order, check and store products; ensure quality and comply with internal and legal requirements.

Interest in the specialities offered at fresh-food counters; willingness to learn, creativity and enjoyment of working with meat and sausage products; reliability and ability to work in a team; enjoyment of interacting with people; at least a good lower secondary school certificate.
