Deputy Store Manager / Assistant Market Manager

You support the store management at your REWE store (REWE Marcel Dechant oHG) with all tasks, including as a stand-in. Full-time, permanent. With the right practical experience, you may later take over a REWE store as a self-employed merchant.

• You help implement the successful REWE sales concept and carry out the related advertising and sales measures
• You manage sales, cost and inventory development and the implementation of quality management, and make sure legal and company rules are followed
• You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the duty rosters
• You lead with appreciation and as an equal; trusting cooperation is natural to you
• You make sure our customers feel completely at ease with expert advice and friendly service

• Your completed commercial training, preferably in food retail – a qualification as a Handelsfachwirt:in (retail business specialist) is a plus
• Ideally your work experience as a (deputy) manager in sales
• Your drive to perform, your organizational skills and your results-oriented way of working
• Your leadership skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Your willingness to work in a flexible shift system
