About this Apprenticeship
A permanent, full time position at REWE Roman Haslinger oHG in Laupheim. Support and cover for the store manager, take on leadership responsibilities and help create a respectful working culture.
What You'll Learn
- Help implement REWE's sales concept and carry out the related advertising and sales activities
- Manage sales, costs and stock figures, implement quality management and ensure compliance with legal and company rules
- Support your team with advice and practical help, lead by example and prepare staff schedules
- Lead respectfully and as equals, building trust within the team
- Provide knowledgeable advice and friendly service so customers feel welcome
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in food retail; a retail business management qualification is an advantage
- Ideally, professional experience as a manager or deputy manager in retail
- Motivation to perform well, organisational skills and a focus on results
- Leadership skills, a sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Willingness to work a flexible shift pattern
