• Independent preparation and processing of notarial deeds and preparation of invoices according to GNotKG
• Independent correspondence with parties, courts, and authorities including electronic legal transactions
• Independent file management

• Completed training as a notary specialist, notary assistant, or notary consultant (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience or motivated career starters after successful examination
• Confident use of PC and specialized and office programs (Word, Outlook, XNP and – ideally – TriNotar)
• Confident and friendly demeanor in dealing with clients
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
